The most exciting 2 minutes in Louisville, Kentucky culture has come and gone, but we certainly have not forgotten our busiest week of the year. Derby is an all year long planning event as it is bigger and better every year because of you. We try to always learn something each year that we can improve for the coming year. All of this while making sure to take care of our year-round business.
We love what we do. We enjoy catering to our clients’ needs, getting them to Churchill Downs and back, hotels, dinners, parties, etc. and making our guests feel safe and comfortable along the way.
To our Clients:
We are honored you chose us to safely pick you up from the airport, get you to the track, stop for dinner reservations and arrive with class and distinction to any after parties. We have been doing this for over 2 decades and counting because of your presence. You make all of our jobs possible.
To our Office staff:
You are a very small group of talented, knowledgeable, and focused individuals who bring in big results and make things happen. It is recognizable that you care so much for this business, our staff, our drivers and our clients. Being grateful for that and for all of you is an understatement. We are very blessed to have the staff we do.
THANK YOU for all that you do each year. These people work in excess of 100 hours each for that specific week. It is not required, but is deeply appreciated by all.
To our Chauffeurs:
Amazing job. You take hospitality, fun and safety seriously and bring it to our clients and guests. We have had an outpouring number of glowing reviews directed to our Drivers and knowing our clients were in good hands give us a relieving piece of mind.

You know how to shine, literally. Lots of upkeeping and lots of hours go into making each vehicle smelling good, looking good and feeling good to our clients and their guests.

You make everything look easy when maintaining vehicles and finding solutions to each obstacle that come our way. We know it is not easy and we appreciate the amount of efficiency you bring to our business when we need it the most. 24/7 we know we can count on you keeping our fleet Running.

Among the high Derby traffic in the airport, you made it possible for our clients and our drivers to have a seamless trip from the start of their travel to the finish line. Xtreme moved and greeted more clients and their guests than ever before.

We are fortunate to continuously provide your guests the safe and premium transportation they deserve. This isn’t our first time around the track together and it’s not our last. Cheers to many more Derby’s and the excitement that it brings. Our clock is already counting down for Derby 2023 which will be the 149th running for the Kentucky Derby.
Our Xtreme Derby would not have been as successful as it was without your involvement. Jenny and I would like to personally and humbly say THANK YOU to everyone that was involved. Our 2022 Derby was the best on record and what a GREAT TEAM we had. We hope to see everyone again next year.
